こちらの予約システムでは3名様以下で１時間15分以内、4名様以上で1時間45分以内の食事を想定しております。

それ以上ご滞在のご予定の場合は直接お問い合わせください。

次のお客様のご予約が入った場合、やむをえず退店をお願いする場合もございます。

長くお酒やお食事を楽しみたいというご希望の方は必ず直接お問い合わせをお願いします。

 

- こちらのシステムではお席のご指定（カウンター、テーブルなど）はできません。ご希望の場合は直接お問い合わせください。

 

- お子様（幼児、乳児含む）も必ず人数に入れてください。

- ご予約のお時間15分を過ぎてご連絡がない場合はやむを得ずキャンセル扱いとさせていただく場合がございます。遅れる場合は必ずご連絡ください。

- ご予約時間より早く到着された場合、お待ちいただくスペースはございません。ご予約時間通りにご来店ください。

- 7名様以上のご予約の際は直接店舗までお問い合わせください。

Actually you can come without reservations since we take walk-in.  

 

But, It is better make reservation!! otherwise you might need wait !

 

This is Family-owned sushi restaurant.

I am Mitsuru, the son of the owner.

I used to live in US (Oregon, Portland) Australia (mainly Sydney), Canada (Toronto) one year each.

Loves sake, wine and beer......

 

I am so happy that you come to my restaurant! And I am so happy that you make a reservation.

＊You can come without reservations and we take walk-in.  

 

Finaly we start to use online system, so you can book table more easily.

 

 

- We reserve the seats for within 1.5 hours for 3 or less people, within 2 hours for 4 or more people. We might get next  reservations after you in this system. If you are thinking to stay longer and enjoy drink and meal, please make the reservation directly via email or by phone call.

- Please be sure to include children (including infants) in the number of guests. 

- If 15 minutes past after your reservation time without any notification, we may have to cancel your reservation for other customers. Please make sure to contact us if you will be late. This is email: kikyosushikyoto@gmail.com

- You cannot choose your seat ( bar or table)  in this system. We only have 6 bar seats, so we cannot do what everone wants, but we might be able to try, Just please send email to us: kikyosushikyoto@gmail.com

Please contact us directly if you have any preference. 

 

But I might not be able to do as you want.

- If you arrive earlier than your reservation time, you may have to wait outside till the time resered. Please arrive on time for your reservation.

- If you have more than 6 people, contact us directly via the contact form or by phone call. 

- Reservations can be made up to 2 months in advance. You can contact us directly for the reservation more tan 2 months ahead.

If you have some reaseons you want to contact directly ( eg. a big group) , please send an email or make a phone call.

Please understand it might take a lot of time to send the email back. I am so busy for operation and preparation for food. it might takes at least 2 - 3day. So I highly recommend you make reservation by the system.

We can prepare birthday or anniversary plate for you.

1. Please let us know at least one day before you are coming via email or message.

( It is free if you tell us one day before.

We can do that even though if you tell us on that day, but let us charge 500 yen)
